I will list some of the places I went to.

So HONGDAE one of the best areas for having fun and to GET WASTED!!!!! 

(the name of the Subway Station is “HONGIK UNIVERSITY” line 2/The green one) is

There are alot alot of bars, restaurants, clubs and karaoke places. However you won’t find those super gorgeous,plastic, ulzzang-like boys and girls in this area. It is not for the rich and stylish people but for students and tourists who just want to have fun!!! Nevertheless the clubs there are super fun too. Just cheaper than clubs in other parts of Seoul.

If you are looking for the “ULZZANGS” or “celebrity looking” koreans then you have to go to clubs in APGUJEONG or GANGNAM.

Anyway this is favourite Bar in Hongdae.

HO BAR

There are 4-5 of the so called “Ho Bar’s” in Hongdae. Usally these places have 2-3 different floors as it can be really packed on weekends.

It is the perfect place to get some cheap drinks before going to the club (1 Set with a bottle of Vodka, Energy drinks and fruits is around 100$ which is pretty cheap I think)

and although these bars don’t have any dancefloors you can still dance at (or on) your tables since the music is pretty nice. They play american charts, hiphop and electro music…basically everything . It is not really fancy but can definitely be fun.
